Charges

UK Prime Utility is remunerated directly by the suppliers and receives a commission for securing and finalising the contract between the customer and the energy supplier. This is usually by way of an uplift that is applied within your unit cost for energy.

You will not be charged unless you decide or choose not to proceed with a new supplier after reaching an agreement to a contract. In such cases, we may impose an administration fee.

Revenue and Commission Policy

UK Prime Utility’s revenue comes from commissions paid by suppliers. Their rates already include their commission, so customers do not have to make any additional payments. Additionally, UK Prime Utility may receive additional payments from suppliers based on the overall size and profitability of accounts or new plans.
